I've just finished After Dark. It was very strange, but i really enjoyed it.
I don't know why, its weird. I couldn't put it down.
I'm still not sure why i loved it.
I've heard "Kafka on the Shore" is good.
Has anybody got any recommendations about which Murakami novel i should read next?

OOHH!! There's a new Murakami I didn't know about. I'm going straight on to Amazon now! I've read quite a few of his so far and would recommend any of them barr the non-fiction one about running, What I Talk About When I Talk About Running. I've loved them all to greater or lesser degrees, apart from the aforementioned, which I ditched about 1/5th into it. My faves were:
The Wind-up Bird Chronicle
Hard Boiled Wonderland and the end of the World
